I offer flexible options designed to fit different needs and budgets: Fixed-Cost Plans: Most services fall into Pilot and Pro plans with fixed prices for major deliverables like Branding & Identity (starting at $750) and Event & Trade Show Support (starting at $1,200). Monthly Retainers: I offer retainers for consistent marketing support under Marketing & Campaign Design, with prices ranging from $500-$2,500/month. Hourly & Sprints: Small, one-off tasks and quick fixes are handled hourly at $65/hr or via a Half Day Sprint package for $450.

Our process is designed for clarity and efficiency. While the process may vary slightly depending on plans, the general design process remains the same. For Branding & Identity, the process begins with a Discovery Call or Brand Strategy Session to define your goals. For other visual asset projects, we will begin with a project brief. I then move through the design phase to create your assets, followed by the revision period with feedback call if necessary, and finally, the delivery of production-ready files.

Client satisfaction is top priority, which is why my system for revisions and feedback calls is streamlined to be as efficient as possible. To maintain efficacy, our plans include defined revision rounds. Our Pilot packages typically include one round of revisions, and our Pro packages include up to two rounds. Due to the partnership-nature of our Platinum plans, revisions and feedback remain flexible, and this built-in adaptability and collaboration is integrated into the final quoted investment. This focused structure keeps projects on schedule. While my plans offer great value, the revision process can be adjusted for larger or more unique projects; any additional feedback rounds beyond the package scope can be managed using the hourly Creative Design & Support rate.

The Pilot plan (starting at $1200) focuses primarily on the Event Branding Kit, which includes essential assets like booth graphics and event flyers. This plan yields visuals and copy only. The Pro plan (starting at $2,500 ) includes those creative deliverables plus Remote Coordination Assistance for end-to-end support of a large-scale event or trade show. The Platinum plan is our most flexible and comprehensive option, including all creative assets and remote coordination, and can be customized to include On-Site Coordination and a higher degree of collaboration to perfectly match the complexity of your event. Pricing for the Platinum plan is determined by quote after consultation to ensure it aligns precisely with your project's unique requirements.
